BaseCamp was definitely an unusual experience for me. I’m not normally an outdoors person, but it was a good experience getting to learn a lot of outdoor skills that I normally wouldn’t involve myself in. I think it’s a valuable thing to get out of your comfort zone from time to time and do things that you’re not used to.
The lectures and discussions going over topics relating to communication, relationships & relating to life in general was beneficial. It would be helpful to anyone.
